I played this game really very much times.
I figured out that it is possible to kill Knox if you throw another kid to him without coming to close.
He will then start walking and if he come to you just kill him like other kids.
Also i noticed some names that sounded familliar:
Afroninja (a newgrounds moderator has got the same name)
James (he has go a toy pistol and a james bond suit)
Mario (the kid is wearing a red cap so....)

There are much more secrets in the game. (Look good at the playground everytime you play)
